Membership Questions
What's included in every membership?
All members get access to quarterly chapter meetings, Slack community, member-only newsletter, and pop-up events. The differences are in governance rights (voting, leadership eligibility) and role-specific perks.
How does billing work?
Practitioner and Consultant memberships are billed quarterly. Vendor memberships are billed annually. All memberships auto-renew. You can cancel with 30 days written notice before your renewal date.
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable per our Member Terms. If CCAIA terminates your membership without cause, you'll receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
Can vendors or consultants vote?
No. CCAIA is practitioner-first by design. Only practitioner members can vote in elections and topic selection. This ensures the association is always driven by the people doing the work.
What if I'm not sure which tier fits me?
If you work directly in a contact center or CX team (managing agents, implementing tools, leading operations), you're a Practitioner. If you advise companies as a consultant, choose Consultant. If you sell or build CX technology, choose Vendor.
