Find the membership
that matches your role.
CCAIA is structured around three professional profiles. Your role determines your membership — practitioners govern, consultants contribute, vendors participate. All three publish.
Membership type follows the individual member's job function. Consultant and practitioner memberships are individual; vendor membership is company-level and includes up to 5 seats.
Publish in the field's first peer-reviewed journal.
A new benefit available across all three membership tiers.
The Journal of Contact Center AI
CCAIA's peer-reviewed publication. Every member can submit articles at no cost (non-members pay $150 per submission) and serve on the Editorial Board. Practitioners are eligible for Editor-in-Chief.
