CCAIA Membership Terms

Preamble and Acceptance
By submitting payment for the annual Membership Fee, the Member explicitly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this CCAIA Membership Agreement. The Effective Date commences when CCAIA processes the initial payment.
Clause 1: Term, Fee, and Renewal
1.1 Term of Membership
Membership runs for twelve consecutive months starting on the Effective Date.
1.2 Membership Fee
Members pay the annual fee corresponding to their elected level, due upon invoice receipt.
1.3 Non-Refundable Policy
The annual Membership Fee is non-refundable. No pro-rata refunds apply regardless of withdrawal or non-utilization before term completion.
1.4 Automatic Renewal
Without written non-renewal notice thirty days prior to term end, membership automatically renews for successive twelve-month periods. CCAIA issues renewal invoices approximately sixty days before renewal dates.
Clause 2: Rights, Obligations, and Compliance
2.1 Membership Benefits
Access to benefits corresponds with membership level. The current list of benefits is maintained and published on the official CCAIA website (ccaia.org). CCAIA reserves modification rights without notice.
2.2 Compliance with Bylaws
Members adhere to all Bylaws, Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination without refund.
2.3 Use of Marks
Members use the CCAIA Member logo solely during the paid term per brand guidelines. This is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable, requiring cessation upon membership termination.
Clause 3: Termination
3.1 Termination by CCAIA
CCAIA may terminate anytime. Termination without cause receives pro-rata refunds. Termination for cause yields no refund.
