Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Approved By: CCAIA Steering Committee

Preamble and Acceptance

By submitting payment for the annual Membership Fee, the Member explicitly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this CCAIA Membership Agreement. The Effective Date of this agreement shall be the date the CCAIA processes the initial payment.

Clause 1: Term, Fee, and Renewal

1.1 Term of Membership: The Membership term shall be for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months ("Term"), commencing on the Effective Date.

1.2 Membership Fee: The Member agrees to pay the annual Membership Fee specified on the accompanying invoice, corresponding to the elected Membership level. This fee is due in full upon receipt of the invoice.

1.3 Non-Refundable Policy: The annual Membership Fee is non-refundable. No pro-rata refunds will be provided, irrespective of the Member's subsequent decision to withdraw from the CCAIA or non-utilization of membership benefits prior to the end of the paid Term.

1.4 Automatic Renewal: Unless the Member provides written notice of non-renewal to the CCAIA via official channels (such as email or certified mail) no less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current Term, the Membership shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month terms. The CCAIA will issue a renewal invoice approximately sixty (60) days prior to the renewal date.

Clause 2: Rights, Obligations, and Compliance

2.1 Membership Benefits (Website Reference): Upon payment of the Fee, the Member is granted access to the benefits and privileges associated with their specific Membership level. The current list of benefits is maintained and published on the official CCAIA website (ccaia.org). The CCAIA reserves the right to modify, add, or remove benefits at any time without prior notice. The Member is responsible for consulting the website for the current benefits schedule.

2.2 Compliance with Bylaws: The Member and its representatives agree to strictly adhere to all current and future Bylaws, Code of Conduct, policies, and operating procedures of the Contact Center AI Association (CCAIA). Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of membership without refund.

2.3 Use of Marks: The Member may use the official CCAIA Member logo/mark solely during the paid Term and in accordance with the Association's current brand guidelines. This grant is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. The Member must cease all use of CCAIA marks immediately upon termination or expiration of membership.

Clause 3: Termination

3.1 Termination by CCAIA: The CCAIA reserves the right to terminate this Membership at any time. If termination is without cause, the CCAIA shall issue a pro-rata refund for the unexpired portion of the Term. If termination is for cause(including, but not limited to, breach of this Agreement, violation of the Code of Conduct, or actions deemed detrimental to the CCAIA's mission), the termination shall be immediate, and no refund shall be issued.
