No. CCAIA is a practitioner-led nonprofit focused narrowly on successful AI implementation. The goal is to strengthen partner organizations and the communities they already serve.
No. Chapter meetings remain practitioner-led and closed. Industry Partners receive a separate dashboard and collaboration tools.
Industry Partner membership is free. We ask partners to provide member discounts and, when applicable, a complimentary conference booth for CCAIA.
Conference producers, analyst and research firms, and industry media serving the CX ecosystem. Companies selling AI or CX products should apply as Vendor members.
Partners post an opportunity for CCAIA practitioners. Interested practitioners can share their contact details and optional context, and the partner contacts them directly outside CCAIA.
